What is Mitigation?

Mitigation means "to lessen," and in our case as a restoration company, mitigation means to lessens damage. Here are a few tips to help minimize damage while waiting for our SERVPRO team to arrive.

1. Make sure the water source is turned off to stop further leaking.
2. Try and mop up as much water as you can.
3. If there are any items such as rugs, hang them to dry.
